1. Costs
There are not costs or charges associated with the 1:1 Information sessions. You, the participant, are responsible for any connection, mobile phone, internet or related network charges but we do not assess any charges.

2. Eligibility to Participate & Session Participation Requirements
All participants must be at least 18 years of age.
SiliconEdge and ImpactEQ reserve the right to cancel any call, delivered, scheduled, rescheduled or in progress, at any time for any reason, without notice.
Participant agrees that they will respond and accept the calendar or email invite for their session. That they will be on time.
Any cancellation must be sent to us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in being denied the use of this information session service.
Information session calls will last approximately 20 minutes. At the sole discretion of the IEQ Alumni on the call, a call may be extended. All information sessions will be recorded for quality control purposes.

3. IEQ Alumni Information Session Volunteers
IEQ Alumni Information session volunteers are just that - volunteers. We do not pay nor compensate them. However, they may possibly receive gift cards (for Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Doutours ,etc. or the equivalient) for the generous use of their time.
We do not coach the volunteers on what to say so that you will get as organic a conversation and dialogue as possible. At the same time, each person's experience is unique.
The volunteers are not agents of SiliconEdge or IEQ and have no authority to quote prices, give discounts or warrant particulars of a course, session or product. Please check the course catalog or products page or contact us for official information as details and particulars are subject to change.

Clients, participants, customers and users, both paid and free, agree to keep all materials, workbooks, passwords, slides, videos, audio files, software, flashcards, games, wallet cards, manuals, participant lists, alumni lists, customer lists, mailing lists, and other related materials confidential and agree not to share, copy, duplicate, lend, lease, sell, backwards engineer or distribute through any medium or media.
