I. Courses
1. Course Content, Delivery and Particulars
Check each course for details regarding, number of sessions, length of sessions, delivery method, language, and other particulars.
Under no circumstances may you share, communicate, broadcast or give login credentials to another other person or party nor allow another person to use your course sessions or share printed, hardcopy, softcopy or electronic materials without our express and written permission.

2. Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds
No refunds. All sales are final.
If you miss a class or classes during a course, you may be given the opportunity to make it up, if there is a class or course running in parallel but this is at our sole discretion, and express permission must be requested in writing, and then granted by us in writing.
In other cases, we may issue, at our sole discretion, course credit (in the form a Credit Memo). The Course Credit or Credit Memo is non-transferable and carries no cash value, and it may be used for another of our courses of the exact type or similar type or for other course titles we offer or for coaching or consulting package we offer of your choice up to the credit amount you have been issued. If the cost of the course or package is less than the course or coaching package cost chosen, we will issue the remaining difference as credit (Credit Memo) which you can use for our other courses, materials or coaching. If the purchase amount of the chosen or desired course, coaching or consulting package is greater than the credit amount you have remaining, you must pay the difference prior to commencement of the course, coaching or consulting, using the approved payment methods and agreeing to all terms and conditions associated with the payment and process.
When you use your credit to pay for a new course, coaching or consulting package, if you then cancel said course, coaching or consulting package purchased using credit or partial credit, you will not be entitled nor eligible for another credit issuance (Credit Memo). When using credit to make a purchase, please be certain to select the course, coaching or consulting package carefully, and follow through with your selection.
After submitting a Credit Request, you cannot attend, join or participate in the purchased or partially paid for class, coaching or consulting package for which you have requested a credit be issued. Once the official Credit Memo has been issued, plus be sure to complete the process by Depositing a copy here at the Credit Memo Deposit form.
All course, coaching and consulting credits must be used within 1 calendar year of their purchase or issuance, unless a specific written exception has been made, if not, said credits will expire and be considered delivered after 1 calendar year from credit issuance.
No refunds. All sales are final.

3. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality
Clients, participants, customers and users, both paid and free, agree to keep all materials, workbooks, passwords, slides, videos, audio files, software, flashcards, games, wallet cards, manuals, participant lists, alumni lists, customer lists, mailing lists, and other related materials confidential and agree not to share, copy, duplicate, lend, lease, sell, backwards engineer or distribute through any medium or media.

4. Non-Compete
Clients, participants, customers and users, both paid and free, agree to not compete with SiliconEdge, ImpactEQ, Talent Overdrive or Japan Acceleration.

II. Coaching & Consulting
- All sessions fees are prepaid. All fees are billed in USD Dollars.
- Acceptable fee payments are transfer, ACH or crypto currency.
- Coaching and Consultations sessions fees are on a sliding scale as per below.
1. Sessions
Each session is 60 minutes.
90 minute and 120 minute length sessions are also available and will be billed for the extended length at your same sliding scale rate.

3. Fees
(i). Fees are listed for both the one-time exploratory Coaching Session ($300 USD / session @ 60 minutes per session) and the various Coaching Packages (prices vary based on the package, content, delivery method, and number of sessions).
The number of slots per week, and time slots available are limited so book early.
Clients who buy larger blocks of sessions take priority in scheduling (that is, they have a standing weekly or monthly session) or that are enrolled in our Inner Circle Coaching Program.
4. Cancellations & Reschedules
Session being from the scheduled time and end at the scheduled time.
So if your 60 minute session is at 1:00 PM and you join session at 1:15 PM then it ends at the scheduled 2:00 PM time.
This is because we have many clients and courses scheduled.
If you need to jump off early that okay, and that session will be marked as "delivered" and "completed".
Any cancellations must be given 24 hours before the scheduled session. Last minute cancellations and/or no-shows will be counted as "delivered" with no refund or rescheduling allowed.
Upon proper 24 hour notice of cancellation, you may reschedule the cancelled session one time, and it must be done within 3 months of the cancellation or will be considered delivered. You cannot reschedule a canceled or rescheduled session a second time. They will be considered "delivered".
5. Refunds
No refunds. All sales are final.
Coaching and consulting credits (prepaid sessions), must be used within one calendar year of their purchase or issuance or will expire and be considered "delivered".
